The more I read it, the more it sounds like the plot for an pre-show episode of Law and Order. I wouldn't bite.

Given its location, I would stay the fuck away. Holyoke is in the top 50 most dangerous cities in the country, I think it was higher on the list than Springfield...

I was not aware Holyoke was capable of any top 50 accomplishment ;)
But I agree on staying away. I have lived in the area long enough to ignore basically all CL ad's in either of those towns, plus Chicopee and West Springfield.

Yeah, I lived in Chicopee for 1.5 years, thankfully it was nice where I was.
